The Challenge

Pharma Company was having recurring performance issues with their existing archive storage platform and they wanted to replace it with a new storage platform. After acquiring a subsidiary of Energy Company B, Energy Company A needed to migrate the archive content of the approximately 1000 employees involved in the acquisition from the existing facility in Houston to their Calgary location.

The Result

DataWave successfully deployed its software solution at the Energy Company B location in Houston. After a 15 day benchmarking exercise to determine a more refined project duration estimate, DataWave's AtonomiTM Migration Software forged ahead with the remaining individual user extractions and conversions to .PST's. At completion of the project, DataWave's AtonomiTM Migration Software had extracted all required user mailboxes and content and converted them to the desired .PST files. The folder structures were also maintained for the targeted user accounts. Much to the satisfaction of Energy Company A, DataWave was able to complete the migration effort within a 10-week period.
