The diagnostic application being used by Dtawave is not designed in a manner to collect any sensitive information which might include information like websites visited, email addresses sent to, profiles, passwords, email messages, etc.
Usage of diagnostic and online access applications can be subjected to the terms of respective license agreement of the software.
Live help session records
Dtawave reserves all the rights to record and montir off-line and on-line sessions between Dtawave technicians and the user for service related and quality control purposes. Some of the uses of this type of information can include building up of a support knowledge base, improving the services and conducting an internal market research. We never correlate personal information with session record data needed for these purposes.
We use the IP addresses of the user in order to analyse trends, track user movement, gather demographic information and administer the website for aggregate use.
