Refund Policy

For any kind of genuine reason for dissatisfaction a full refund will be initiated for a subscription based client within one month from the subscription date.

For other payments, refunds are returned to the original mode of payment used at the time of payment.

Cancellation Policy

As per our cancellation policy, a client has the authority to cancel his subscription at any point of time. In case a customer is dissatisfied with the services, we will try to provide a satisfactory solution or alternate to the same.

DTAWAVE DOES NOT OFFER SEPARATE SUPPORT INSTALLATION OR BACK UP COPIED DOES NOT PROVIDE SEPARATE BACKUP OF UNLICENSED SOFTWARE TO CLIENTS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE AUTHORIZED COPY OF SOFTWARE NEEDED FOR YOU DEVICE.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In order to use our technical and support services, you must obtain:

(a) Complete access (including licenses) to the software/hardware related to of software or hardware problem; and

  • By using our services you hereby provide Dtawave technicians with the permission to access view and modify your computer, its setting and related peripheral equipment or software, data and its components in order to provide solutions to your problems. You agree and acknowledge that you are the authorized user or owner of any software/hardware that you are contacting Dtawave technician for repair or support.
