- You will not call our team for intentional harassment over the fake issues

Dtawave's acceptable mode of payment is through credit card or e-check. You are required to pay through our secured gateway. The payment amount is based on the plan you choose. After the payment is processed you are registered as Dtawave's customer and will avail our technical support as desired by you.
Dtawave will allow cancellation of a plan subject to the condition that it is asked within 24 hrs of choosing the plan and no incidental support has been received. Dtawave will deduct diagnosing and consulting charges and pay you the rest amount.
Dtawave will allow refund of money subject to the criteria that our technical support expert could not be able to resolve even a single computer issue or the issue is beyond our scope. For our incidental plan, we give 7 day resolution guarantee and if the issue remains unfixed the money back guarantee is valid for the same 7 day. For our subscription-based yearly plan, we give 30 day money back guarantee subject to the constraint that no troubleshooting incident has been availed, else our incidental charge will be deducted and rest amount refunded to you.
FEEDBACK AND RESOLUTION POLICY:
Dtawave will consider the issues to be resolved from their end if no feedback email is reverted back within 24hrs of receiving the support service. The defaulters of this policy cannot demand refund or cancellation of plan. If you are unsatisfied with the technical resolution that you have received, you can revert back with a feedback email pinpointing the unresolved case within 24hrs duration. If the case was found to be genuine then the technical expert will look into the matters and fix the issue. If the issue still remains unresolved then the cancellation and refund policy will apply.
Dtawave has the right to terminate the service contract and agreement based on the following criteria:
- If you try to misuse or abuse of our technical support
- If you try to interfere or damage our system and data
- If you violate any terms and conditions agreed by you
In occurrence of any one of the preceding case your agreement is terminated and you cannot demand money back. You also have the right to terminate the service agreement at your own discretion and are subject to the criteria of cancellation and refund policy.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Dtawave and its employees harmless from any liabilities, expenses, and other amounts related to any violation of this agreement by you or any user of your account, in connection with use of our supports and services.
Dtawave shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under agreement, which is due to an event beyond the control of Dtawave such as, Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or manmade eventuality. In such event information should be provided by the affected so as to use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions.
Failure of Dtawave to enforce any of the provisions in these terms and conditions shall not be interpreted as release of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these terms and conditions. No waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both you and Dtawave.
